Gus Ricci Architect was retained to design a home that had the warmth and character found in west coast architecture combined with clean and elegant lines found in contemporary urban houses. The resulting design has lead us to refer to this project style as the “urban lodge”. Great care was taken to make sure the design intent was executed from floor plans, exteriors to interior detailing.
Our firm provided full services for this project including all architectural drawings for permit, exterior and interior detailing, selection of fixtures, materials and colours with full site review during construction. The success of this project was based on an ongoing dialogue between client, builder and architect to ensure a wholly coordinated team approach.
