This inviting restaurant of 55 seats has been a neighbourhood success since opening day. The design intent was to create a space that was casual and comfortable reflecting the true essence of an Italian “trattoria”. Gus Ricci worked very closely with the owner, Pasquale Sinaguglia, to create a space that matched his personality and was efficient in space and functionality.
Our firm provided permit drawings and coordination with consultants on behalf of the client. During the construction process, existing conditions were revealed that required quick response and adjustments to the project documents to ensure the tight schedule was met. Our on-going working relationship with building officials ensured efficiency in cost and time for the client.
