The original home on this property was a 1960’s “Spanish hacienda”. Our client’s requirements included complete transformation into a modern home while working around an existing pool and tight lot configuration. Designing the addition and alterations included relocating the front entry and creating an addition that takes advantages of views and access to the existing pool.
The design concept included complete changes to the floor plan, an addition and providing a new architectural style that included large windows and modern detailing. Integrated into the design was a new landscape entry stair feature leading to the front entry. The current owner contracted Intriguing Landscapes of Oakville to finalize the landscape plan including a garden pavilion that compliments the architecture.
