Gus Ricci Architect was retained to provide the design and coordination of additions and alterations to this Colonial Revival building originally built in the 1920’s. This project includes major additions to the side and rear of the existing home which is situated on a substantial estate property.
Our firm was presented with a detailed list of space requirements for an active young family. The design process with our client produced a design that met their modern day requirements while respecting the heritage character of the original home. A high level of construction details were produced and coordinated during construction with the builder to maintain and execute the original design intent.
